Test Step 1: Pour 20ML of Super Safe Rust Remover into a plastic container, pick up the rusty screws with plastic parts and screws with rubber parts, and soak them directly into the rust remover solution. This test uses the stock solution to soak, does not carry on the dilution. 

Test step 2: Start to put the solution into the screw and time immediately. 

Test step 3: observe and record. From the 20th second, it was obvious that some small bubbles appeared around the rusty part, and the color of the surrounding liquid became darker, and the reaction was obviously observed.

Test step 4: observe and record. From the second minute, it was obvious that the liquid near the screw turned purplish red, the rust was significantly reduced, and even some places had exposed bright metal surface. 

Test step 5: observe and record. By the fifth minute, the color of the liquid near the screw was darker, almost no longer deepened, the rust part had been dissolved, the metal had recovered its luster, and the reaction was basically over. 

Test step 6: observe and record. The whole reaction process is stable without violent vibration and heat release. When touching the liquid with hands, there is no feeling of warmth, no tingling and no sensitive reaction. 

Test step 7: observe and record. Take out the screw and observe that the rust has been completely dissolved, the whole is bright and beautiful, and the recovery is as good as new. 

Test step 8: continue to soak the screw for 24 hours, and observe whether the plastic and rubber are corroded. 

Test step 9: observe and record. After 24 hours, take out the screw, wipe it clean with non-woven fabric, and observe. There is no fading, corrosion, embrittlement and other phenomena in the plastic part. The rubber part still maintains luster and elasticity, and is free from corrosion and damage.
