The soaking derusting method comprises the following specific steps: 

Small parts, multi-angular, complex structure, small gaps and other metals, can be used to remove rust by immersion.

· Pretreatment: Remove the oil and other dirt on the parts. It is recommended to use ENIENT safety cleaning agent or oil and water removal. 

· Rust removal: completely immerse the parts in EC0132 for 2 ~ 5 minutes. 

· Cleaning: After rust removal, wash the parts with water or wipe them with cloth. 

· Air drying: After the parts are dried, the rust removal is completed.

The spray derusting method comprises the following specific steps: 

Spraying can be used for large equipment, flat plate structures, or only for rust removal at designated locations.

· Pretreatment: Remove the oil and other dirt on the parts. It is recommended to use ENIENT safety cleaning agent or oil and water removal. 

· Rust removal: fully spray the rust remover on the part to be derusted in the form of spray, and wait for reaction for 2 ~ 5 minutes. The parts with serious corrosion can be sprayed for many times. 

· Cleaning: After rust removal, wash the parts with water or wipe them with cloth. 

· Air drying: the rust removal is completed after the parts are dried.

Specific steps of brush coating derusting method: 

For the precise rust removal at the designated position, the method of brushing can be used.

· Pretreatment: Remove the oil and other dirt on the parts. It is recommended to use ENIENT safety cleaning agent or oil and water removal. 

· Rust removal: fully apply the rust remover on the part to be derusted with a brush and other tools, and wait for reaction for 2 to 5 minutes. The parts with serious corrosion can be smeared for many times. 

· Cleaning: After rust removal, wash the parts with water or wipe them with cloth. 

· Air drying: the rust removal is completed after the parts are dried.
